Orders & Pre-orders

What is a pre-order dress?
A pre-order dress is made especially for you after your order has been confirmed. It is manufactured according to the measurements you provide, which explains a production time before shipping.
How long does production take?
The production time is indicated on each product page. It generally takes between 4 and 6 weeks before shipping.
Can I modify my order after payment?
Modifications are only possible within 24 hours of the order and before production begins. Please contact us quickly at rosabluedresses@hotmail.com.
How do I take measurements correctly?
Consult our Size Guide for detailed instructions. If in doubt, our team can guide you by email.

Delivery

When will I receive my tracking number?
The tracking number is sent to you by email at the time your dress is shipped, once production is complete. During the manufacturing time, it is normal not to have received one yet.
What are the delivery times?
After shipment, transit times are:
  • Europe: 3 to 5 business days
  • Canada & United States: 6 to 11 business days
  • International: 10 to 20 business days
These times are in addition to the production time.
Is delivery free?
Yes, delivery is free for purchases over €150, worldwide. Below this amount, shipping costs are calculated according to the destination.
What is express delivery?
The express option reduces transit time to 5 business days. It does not speed up production, only transport. If your event is approaching, indicate the date in the cart and we will make arrangements accordingly.
My package is delayed, what should I do?
Delays can occur at customs or during peak activity for carriers. First, check the tracking. If the status has not changed for several days, contact us with your order number.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my pre-order dress?
No. Dresses made to order and custom-made cannot be returned or refunded, except in case of a proven manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
What is the deadline for reporting a problem?
You have 7 days after receipt to report any problems and initiate a return request.
How do I make a return request?
Send an email to rosabluedresses@hotmail.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and photos of the defect. Never send a package without our prior authorization.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a manufacturing defect.
When will I be refunded?
After receipt and verification of the item, the refund will be processed within 7 to 14 business days to the original payment method.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All payments are secured via Shopify Payments.
Is payment secure?
Yes. Our shop uses 256-bit SSL protocol and payments are processed by Shopify Payments, certified PCI-DSS Level 1. Your banking data is never stored on our servers.
Can I pay in installments?
If the Shop Pay option is available in your country, you can benefit from installment payments. This option appears automatically during checkout if it is eligible.
