Currency and Billing

Prices displayed on our site are in euros (€). If you pay with a card in another currency, the conversion is automatically carried out by your bank according to its exchange rate.

An invoice is automatically sent to your email address after payment validation.


Payment Issues

My payment was refused

Several reasons may explain a refusal:

  • Insufficient funds
  • Payment limit reached
  • Expired card
  • 3D Secure verification failed
  • Blocked by your bank for international transaction

Solution: Contact your bank or try another payment method.

I was charged but did not receive a confirmation

Check your spam folder. If you still have no confirmation after 1 hour, contact us with a screenshot of your bank statement.

The amount charged does not match my order

Verify that shipping costs and any taxes have been accounted for. For payments outside the Eurozone, bank conversion fees may apply from your bank.
