Return and Refund Policy

At RosaBlue Dresses, we create custom and pre-order dresses made especially for you. This page details our return conditions and the procedure to follow.

Return Period: 7 Days

You have 7 days from the receipt of your order to report any issues and initiate a return request.
After this period, no return request will be accepted.

Eligible Items for Return

Accepted for return

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Manufacturing defect (defective seam, damaged fabric, broken zipper)
  • Our error (item different from the order)
  • Item damaged during transport (with photos of the package and item)

Not eligible for return

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Pre-order dresses made to your measurements
  • Custom-made dresses
  • Sale or promotional items
  • Items returned without prior authorization
  • Items worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer
  • Items returned after the 7-day period

Why? Our pre-order and custom dresses are made individually to your measurements. They cannot be resold to another customer.


Return Procedure

Step 1 — Contact our support

Send an email to rosabluedresses@hotmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for the return
  • Clear photos of the defect found

Important: Never send a package without having received our authorization and the return address.

Step 2 — Wait for our response

Our team will review your request and respond within 48 business hours. If the return is accepted, you will receive:

  • Return authorization confirmation
  • The return address to use
  • Packaging instructions

Step 3 — Ship your package

  • Pack the item carefully in its original packaging if possible
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Keep proof of shipment and tracking number

Step 4 — Refund

After receiving and verifying the item, the refund will be processed within 7 to 14 business days via the same payment method used for the order.


Return Shipping Costs

The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of our error or a proven manufacturing defect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method. RosaBlue Dresses cannot be held responsible for packages lost during return transit.
