These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all orders placed on the website www.rosabluedresses.com, operated by RosaBlue Dresses, a brand founded in France and operating from Canada.

2. Products

RosaBlue Dresses offers girls' ceremonial dresses, made to order and custom-made. Each creation is handcrafted in our workshop after order confirmation.

Product photographs and descriptions are provided for informational purposes. Slight variations in color may exist depending on screens and fabric batches.

3. Order

Any order placed on our site implies acceptance of these GTC. A confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as payment is validated.

RosaBlue Dresses reserves the right to cancel any order in case of stock issues, obvious pricing errors, or suspicion of fraud.

4. Price and Payment

Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included. RosaBlue Dresses reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, without prior notice. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of order validation.

Payments are secured via Shopify Payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay). No banking data is stored on our servers.

5. Production and Delivery Times

As our dresses are made to order, a production time of 4 to 6 weeks applies before shipping. This timeframe is indicated on each product page.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination:

  • Europe: 3 to 5 business days
  • Canada & USA: 6 to 11 business days
  • International: 10 to 20 business days

Free shipping is offered for purchases over 150€. A tracking number will be provided upon shipment.

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, dresses made to order and custom-made are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

These items are neither refundable nor exchangeable, except in case of proven manufacturing defect or error on our part.

7. Returns and Refunds

You have 7 days from receipt to report any issue (defect, order error, transport damage). After this period, no request will be accepted.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (texts, photographs, visuals, logos) is the exclusive property of RosaBlue Dresses. Any reproduction, even partial, is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization.

9. Applicable Law

These GTC are governed by Canadian law. For customers in France and Europe, the mandatory provisions of French and European law also apply.
