Track the progress of your RosaBlue Dresses order in real-time. Several options are available to check the status of your package.


When will I receive my tracking number?

Your tracking number is sent to you by email at the time of your dress's shipment, once the tailoring is complete.

Since our dresses are made to order, a delay of 4 to 6 weeks applies before shipment. During this period, your order is being tailored in our workshop — so it's normal not to have a tracking number yet.

As soon as your package leaves our workshop, you will automatically receive an email with:

  • Your tracking number
  • A direct link to the carrier's website
  • The current status of your package

Order Confirmed Payment validated, dress being made
In Production Your dress is being made in our workshop
Shipped Package handed to carrier — tracking number sent
In Transit Package currently being transported
Out for Delivery Package out for delivery in your city
Delivered Package delivered to the specified address

Frequently Asked Questions

I haven't received a tracking number.

The tracking number is only sent upon shipment, after tailoring is complete. If your production time has not elapsed, your dress is still in our workshop — this is completely normal. Also check your spam folder.

My tracking hasn't updated in several days.

Updates may be delayed during customs clearance or transfers between sorting centers. Please wait an additional 2 to 3 days before contacting us.

The status says "Delivered" but I haven't received anything.

Check with your neighbors, doorman, or mailbox. The package may have been dropped off at a relay point. If you still haven't received anything, contact us with your order number.
